Woke up this morning went for breakfast and packed everything up, took one last swim in the swimming pool, showered and the hooked the boat onto the Jeep and headed home. Pulled in my driveway at 12:30 pm. Was so glad to see my dog, I really missed my doggie girl. Unloaded everything and got it put away. Then my dog and I jumped in the jeep and headed to the rootbeer stand, we got lunch and ice cream to go. Went to the park and ate lunch. She is still sitting right by my side. The end to a perfect week.

A had a real lazy day, just hung aroung the hotel , swimming and watching movies and ordering lots of room service. I didn't leave the motel at all, lol.

Weather stopped us from fishing again today. So I spent the morning shopping. I found a store called Mother Earth's Stone Castle, in Dundee, Michigan. Bought a new Book of Shadows and a Wiccan Spell book. The store was a dream place for a Wiccan such as myself.

After shopping I drove west and went to Port Clinton, Michigan where I spent the rest of the afternoon at an Drive Thru African Safari, I had a buffalo sick is face in the window and lick the side of my face, lol. Made freinds with a deer that followed my jeep all the way through the park.

Was the home of Pork Chop Downs, where the had pig racing. It was another very fun day.

Today it was to windy to fish. So we Drove 30 minutes north to Dearborn, Michigan. I visited the Henry Ford and spent the day at Greenfield Village. It was so neat. There were 85 different things to see in the Village. One of my favorite thing was the Porches and Palors- which was homes from the 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th centeries. Include was the home where Henery Ford grew up, home and Labratory of Thomas Edison, the home of Robert Frost, and the Firestone farm which is still active. Outside the Scotc h Settlement school. Met Huckleberry Finn and he told about a few of his adventures. The best part was riding around the village in a Model T, I had a great time.

Another good day of fishing, more walleyes, perch, and white bass. Although it was very winding, the waves got at least up to 8 foot waves. When this huge wave crashed onto the deck off the boat it was time to get off the water.



I didn't make it to the swimming pool, I was to tired. Showered and laid on my bed and fell alsleep before I knew it. I'm having a great time.

Woke up early this morning, had breakfast, and then was off to the loading ramp and got the boat in the water. Stayed on the lake till 1:00pm. Good day of fishing. Caught walleye, white bass and a few real good sized perch. Boy was I wiped out. After I showered I laid across the bed in my hotel room with the air on and crashed out for a couple of hours. It was a hot day, got up to about 100 degress.

When I woke up I turned on my laptop and guess what no internet connction so I had to make a phone call to the company that services the wireless network for the hotel, took them about 15 mnutes to figure out the problem and it was up and running again.

Hope tomorrow turns out to be another good day of fishing.

It's the first day of my vacation. I spending the week here for a fishing trip. I'm all settled in my hotel room. Haven't even made it to the lake to put the boat in. The first thing I do is open my laptop and make sure I have internet access. And of course I login to VR. LOL. Three hours have past by and I'm still sitting on my bed with my laptop. I guess I'll put the boat in tomorrow morning and fish for walleye.
